Abhishek has been burning the midnight oil for galvanising 80 million Bihari youth besides drafting Bihar StartUp Policy, Industry Policy 2011, setting up IT Incubation Centres, organizing Bihar StartUp Yatra in several blocks of all 38 districts Bihar. He is National Committee Member cum Chief Advisor for Entrepreneurs Association of India (EAI) and consultant to GOI besides mentoring three other state governments.
Ashok is the Chairman and Managing Director of Zen Technologies (www.zen.in) where he is spearheading the initiative to indigenise training simulation technologies for Indian Defence. Since Zen’s inception in 1993, Ashok has been responsible for driving strategy and ensuring cutting edge R&D has led to the development of state-of-the-art import substitute simulators for the Defence and Homeland forces.
